We offer local delivery or pickup services for anyone living in Commerce, CA, and surrounding areas. Local delivery is only available to homes and businesses within 15 miles of Dosner Organic Market. We ship our fresh Organic Culinary Herbs and Edible Flowers via FedEx, anywhere in the USA. At checkout, you can choose a two-days, or next-day delivery.
If you elect to shop on a third-party service provider’s website/app (such as DOORDASH), that company will establish and charge the fees for your order. For orders delivered via FED EX, their rates will apply.
If you’re a new local customer located within a 15-mile radius, and you order directly from our website. You will be able to receive free delivery on your first online order. A $30 minimum order is required to qualify for free delivery; enter the Promo Code FREE at checkout.
We will promote other offers for free local delivery from time to time.
Unless otherwise noted, a $20 minimum purchase amount (excluding applicable taxes, delivery/service/bag fees) for fresh produce boxes is required to process your order.
In addition, certain discount offers may require a different minimum order amount to receive the discount.
We offer contact-free social distancing delivery and pick up options. If this option is chosen, we are not responsible for the items in your order once we leave bags on your doorstep, including, without limitation, any theft, spoilage, or damage. To maintain the integrity of your items, we recommend you refrigerate or freeze perishable items immediately upon delivery. If you are picking up, you can call and advise our customer service that you are outside at the curb to pick up your order, we will bring your order to your car, or you are welcome to come to our front door to pick up your order
Plan to pick up your order before 6 PM on the day you requested the pickup or no later than 10:00 AM the next day. We will cancel any pickup orders not claimed by the specified time mentioned above, and we will issue a credit to the original form of payment. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, with any item except those noted below that you purchase through the Online Market Ordering Service, you can return it for a full refund or credit on account.
Notify the driver upon delivery of your order (or the Store Associate upon pick up of your order) or contact Customer Service at (323) 720-9225 between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM Pacific Time within 24/hrs. of your delivery or pick up. Items, not returnable include, opened drinks, bitten or smashed fresh produce. Eggs are another item that is not returnable, due to their perishable nature. We will not refund these items once you have accepted delivery or picked up your order. For any qualifying refund, we will issue a credit to the payment method used to purchase the item, or, if you choose, you may receive a credit on your account that can be applied on your next online order.
Please note that this satisfaction guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper use, storage, or accidents after delivery or pick up.
Yes. Many businesses order custom produce boxes to stock their break rooms with fresh, organic fruits and vegetables. Business customers also order vegetable or fruit party trays, salads, fresh juices, or smoothies for working lunches and company events. How can I place an order for out of state shipment?
